What's included in my booking?

Your booking includes simulator time, access to all racing software and tracks, professional-grade equipment, and on-site assistance. No additional fees or hidden costs.
Do I need racing or sim experience?

No experience required. Our staff will walk you through the controls, racing line, and basic techniques before you start. If you’re experienced, you can jump straight in and push for fastest lap times!
What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. No helmets or special gear are required. Everything you need is provided.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable. However, we’re happy to reschedule your booking if you notify us in advance or in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Can I book a private group or corporate event?

Yes. We offer private bookings for groups, team building events, birthdays, and corporate outings. Private events can reserve multiple simulators or the entire space for exclusive use.
How many people can race at the same time?

We can accommodate up to 8 drivers simultaneously, depending on availability. Larger groups can rotate drivers or book extended sessions.
Is there an age requirement?

Drivers must be 16 years or older to race on our simulators.
Can non-drivers watch?

Of course! We have a lounge area where anyone can hang out and watch the action on the TVs.
Can multiple people race during the same sprint session?

Yes. You're paying for simulator time, so feel free to bring your crew and share the fun!
Who gets priority if there aren't enough simulators available?

Racers that have pre-booked online are guaranteed seat time. Walk-ins are always welcome, but run the risk of waiting for available simulators.
Do you offer memberships or packages?

Yes. We offer discounted multi-session packages and monthly memberships for frequent drivers. These provide better value and priority access.
