CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

Sprint Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.

Reserved simulator time cannot be extended or credited once the session has begun. Sprint Sessions are scheduled in fixed time blocks and reserved exclusively for each booking.

In the event we are unable to operate due to equipment issues or facility closure, customers will receive a full refund or credit.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Sessions begin promptly.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.
